The expansion of government funded free childcare is making a huge difference to many many families across Chelmsford.
Carla who manages Springfield Bees explained that the Government funding covers all the costs at the setting and also ensures that there are always extra staff on hand - just in case. They are rated Outstanding by Ofsted.
