Vicky was listed by Politico as one of the top ten most influential members of the European Parliament during her period as an MEP.
In Westminster she rapidly built a reputation for being one of the most active members of Parliament, speaking in more debates than almost any other MP.
Vicky served on multiple Select Committees, was the Minister for Development, representing the UK on the global stage and also served as Minister for Children in the Department for Education.
She regularly raised issues on behalf of Chelmsford and for individual Chelmsford constituents and organisations.
