in February 2023, I joined the annual “Show the Love” meeting of the Essex WI The WI (National Federation of Women's Institutes) focusing on Climate and Sustainability. The event focused on a huge range of climate related issues including increasing global progress to tackle climate change.
At this meeting I met Amanda sutherland fascinators, a designer who is passionate about taking unwanted or old items and turning them into new designs. Thank you Amanda for my blue headband, showing that sometimes something old can become something new as well as something blue.
